Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Kamani (“Kamani,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and our website at quotecarta.com, along with our related applications, mobile applications, and services provided by us, including the QuoteCarta web and mobile platforms (together, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and Kamani regarding your use of the Service.

1. Overview of the QuoteCarta Service

QuoteCarta helps shops, workshops, and small businesses streamline the process of building and sharing quotes with clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using QuoteCarta, you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Your Account

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing: See our Pricing Page.
Authorization: You allow us to charge your selected payment method.
Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled beforehand.
Late Payments: Access may be suspended for unpaid fees.

5. Features and Workspaces

Includes both free and premium plans. You can collaborate via shared team workspaces and optionally use AI-generated features.

6. Beta Features

Beta features are experimental and may change or be discontinued at any time. Use them at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and code are owned by Kamani or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to use your content to operate the Service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities. See full list in Section 9.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches. You may cancel at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kamani is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the past 12 months or $100.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled via binding arbitration where permitted. Class actions are not allowed.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service implies agreement to the latest version.
