Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuoteCarta on the free plan. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

QuoteCarta is operated by APSLO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Wolbromska 18/1b, 53-148 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, KRS 0001077620, VAT ID (NIP): 8992980737, share capital PLN 5,000.

You can reach us at [email protected] or +48 717 162 663. In these terms, "we", "us" and "QuoteCarta" mean APSLO Sp. z o.o.; "you" means the business using the service.

2. What QuoteCarta is

QuoteCarta is a web application for creating proposals, sharing them with clients through a portal link, and tracking approvals, signatures and messages in one place.

The free plan includes up to 100 proposals, 2 GB of file storage, and up to 2 recipients per proposal. We may change the free plan limits over time. If a change reduces what your existing account can do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

3. Business use only

QuoteCarta is a tool for businesses. By registering you confirm that you are acting in the course of your trade, business or profession, and not as a consumer. Provisions of law that protect consumers do not apply to your use of the service.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must verify your email address before using the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account, including by users you invite. Each account has one administrator, who manages users within the plan limits.

5. Your content and your clients' data

Everything you put into QuoteCarta stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, display and transmit that content in order to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for the people you address proposals to. Where your proposals contain personal data of your clients, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf, only on your instructions expressed through your use of the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We use hosting and email delivery providers as subprocessors. A signed data processing agreement is available on request for Pro plan customers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use QuoteCarta to store or send content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious, or to send unsolicited messages. You may not probe, disrupt or overload the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, resell the service, or access it by automated means outside normal use. We may suspend an account or remove content that violates this section.

7. Availability and changes

The free plan is provided as is and as available, without any service level commitment. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features. We may discontinue the free service entirely, in which case we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.

8. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the service, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded.

9. Liability

The free plan is provided without charge. To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, we exclude all liability for damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the free service, including loss of data, lost profits and business interruption. Our total aggregate liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event, which on the free plan is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damage caused intentionally, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of law.

10. Data retention and deletion

A proposal you delete in the application is permanently erased after 30 days, including its files and signatures. This cannot be undone. If you delete your account, or your account is terminated, we permanently remove your data within 30 days. Export anything you need before deleting.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or create a security risk, and in the cases described in section 7. On termination, section 10 applies.

12. Pro plan

The Pro plan is offered under a separate written agreement. These terms govern the free plan only. If you move to Pro, the Pro agreement prevails over these terms wherever they differ.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will announce changes by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account before the changes take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
